Who will be interviewing me?

The JATC Committee will conduct the interview. This committee consists of six (6) members; three (3) representing management (NECA) and three (3) representing labor (IBEW LU 309). They have the responsibility of looking for the best possible candidates for our apprenticeship program.

As part of the interview process, they will consider your scholastic background, reliability, interest, judgment, attitude, cooperativeness, as well as other personal traits.

Upon completion of the interview, each committee member will give you an interview score. Your overall interview score will be the average of these six (6) scores. This score will determine your rank on the applicant list from which we offer apprenticeship. All scores will be kept on active file for a period of two (2) years from your interview date.
